From the first even trial I've had with Rhys, he's really helped me with my understanding of Spanish not only as a language on a stand alone basis, but also the linguistic side of any language. He's helped tremendously in preparing for the MLAT and PRE-U Spanish, and has always gone out of his way to prepare the sessions and kept me motivated. I have ADHD and Rhys knew exactly how to cater the sessions to my needs and to try and get the best out of me. I have grown immensely and he's always been welcoming of any question I have (even the day before the exam at the oddest of times!) There's always been a lightbulb moment with Rhys where I've understood something new with him every time and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Rhys. Thank you, Rhys.

Rhys is genuinely one of if not *the* best teacher(s) I've ever had. He's so kind, engaging and fiercely intelligent but has that rare ability to combing those qualities with getting across ideas to you clearly, preparing thorough teaching materials he himself puts together, and being supremely organised, structuring and planning lessons well in advance. Rhys taught me for a little over a month during the pandemic and my improvement over that time was astounding. He is a very friendly person and knows how to make his students feel enthusiastic about learning Spanish. He is also extremely professional in his preparation and always details his lessons towards what you need to know to be successful.

Rhys was my tutor for the LAT, and I could not recommend him enough! He got to know me and the areas that I wanted to work on in our first free consultation, and afterwards we worked on the basis of me completing preps and past papers before our lessons and then going through them in the lesson time as well as other exercises. For me this was the perfect format, as Rhys has an incredible amount of resources for me to practice on and have a very hands on approach, as well as knowledge in order to for me to consolidate my learning. I would recommend Rhys as well for being incredibly understanding and adaptable- he answered my emails at any time and very promptly, or was willing to change lesson times even at short notice. He was also so friendly and we had fun in our lessons outside of working through LATs.

Rhys is a great tutor. He works on any of our six revision courses we run a year, when he is available and we have the demand.
