About Dannielle
I am an English Language Arts teacher, having been in the classroom for 15 years. The majority of my time has been in middle school, but I have also taught high school. In addition to English, I can also tutor in History (middle school). I have also taught Debate and Theatre, which I do use as aids in my tutoring. I love literature and the English language, which will be evident in my teaching to students!

After initial analysis of where students are in their learning, we will make a plan for how to increase skills.
A typical lesson plan might looks similar to this: warm up activity or attention getter to focus student's mind on what we are working on, review of lesson prior, adding a new skill or continuing with the material we have been working on, modeling for student, and then having student try the new skill. Lastly, student will have some measure of homework to practice the skill and come back next lesson to show what they have learned.
While I can teach any student K-12, middle and high school are the grades I've spent the majority of time around.
