About Sean
- I have 5 years of coaching experience in Swimming and Water Polo ranging from Learn to swim for Adults and Kids to National levels.
- I have coached 100s of students of all ages and levels.
- I have accomplished National and Provincial Levels in Swimming and Water Polo. I have competed Internationally and Locally.
- I am also experienced in Open Water swimming competing all around South Africa in Open Water swimming events.

My coaching methodology differs from student to student. I prefer to educate my students and let them discover the styles and techniques that best suit them. I then offer correction to these techniques to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in their delivery.
Water safety is very high up in my learn to swim classes. I teach students to be comfortable in water but also to respect the water.
