My students never get a lousy job from me. If you are bringing your work to me for help, you will get help with specifics you ask for, but also get a thorough look to see what else is needed. Very often, I see things the writer didn't realize he or she was doing. By pointing these out, I help the paper overall, not just in spelling or grammar. We're not just checking boxes here, we're working together.
