About Nurul
I am a History major with a minor in Malay Studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and I have experience in online and virtual teaching, as well as classroom teaching as a MySTEP substitute teacher with the Ministry of Education. I have taught History for Forms 2, 3, and 4, and I am also experienced as a mentor and coach in the Coaches Anak Kita SPM programme. Through these experiences, I have learned how to explain topics clearly, manage different learning needs, and guide students with effective exam strategies. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve understanding, and achieve better results through structured, engaging, and student-friendly lessons.

My Teaching Approach
I focus on structured, exam-oriented learning while making lessons engaging and effective.
- I prepare complete teaching materials, including slides and concise notes, to help students understand key concepts clearly.
- Each lesson ends with objective or structured questions, mainly based on past year SPM questions, to assess students’ understanding and familiarize them with real exam formats.
- I provide a wide range of past year and trial questions, along with guidance on answering techniques and exam strategies to help students score effectively.
- To keep lessons interactive, I incorporate online quiz games to reinforce learning in a fun and engaging way.
My approach ensures that students are not only well-prepared with content, but also confident in tackling actual SPM questions.
