About Eleanor
Hi, I'm Eleanor. I am a Vocal Coach, Yoga Teacher & Sound Healer helping people heal the relationship with their voice, body and creative spirit. I originally trained as an actor at one of the UK’s top drama schools and have over 9 years experience working as an actor, singer, singing teacher and drama facilitator for various Theatres, Schools and Arts organisations. I discovered the yoga practice back when I was a student, but really fell in love with it during a tumultuous time in my career as a way to feel grounded and calm. I trained as a Yoga Teacher in 2019. As a singer, my journey to sound healing was almost an inevitable, natural progression from tentative exploration in a local yoga studio, to realising the potential of the voice for healing - not just performing. My four crystal singing bowls joined me and I trained in Sound Healing in 2023. I coach Singing/ Voice for institutions and privately as well as holding Yoga Classes and Sound Baths across Birmingham, the surrounding area and online.

I use the healing power of quartz crystal singing bowls, my voice & other instruments to hold space for you to deeply rest & reset through immersive sound baths. Everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency; it's just that our human ears can only hear so much. The vibrations of sound waves have been used in cultures throughout history to release tension, trauma and negative energy from the body. There's a reason you cry when you hear a sad song, or another makes you want to dance! In a sound healing session, or 'sound bath', we use breath and meditation to come to a relaxed state, and receive the healing vibrations. All you have to do is show up, get cosy and be open to the experience.
