About Rachel
Hello,
My name is Rachel and I am a retired healthcare worker who has years of experience to offer individuals and families needing reassurance, guidance and help in regards to general fitness and motor skill development.
I have years of working hands-on with the pediatric population, helping promote normal motor development, and I am also able to help provide fitness, exercise and motor actives for adults interested in improving their mobility.

Hello!
I am a retired healthcare professional with years of experience in the area of fitness and motor development, especially in regards to children. I also have four young adult children of my own, so parenting concerns and consulting are also areas I can be of service in.
My approach to offering my services is to interact online for consulting with interactive question and answering sessions and demonstrations of exercises or developmental motor activities.
