I am a certified clinical counsellor, and I have been working with couples and clients for over two decades, helping them build strong, healthy relationships, and overcome conflicts or obstacles that may have prevented them from finding happiness with the right person, in the past.

The biggest obstacle to finding the right person and having a healthy relationship, is often between the ears; how we think and feel about ourselves, and the process. So I help my clients work through any issues or attitudes that may be standing in their way, of meeting and connecting with that special someone.
And if you’re already in a relationship, and experiencing challenges, I am here to help you identify negative patterns that may be causing conflict. My goal is to help you learn how to cope with fears that may arise for you and your partner in the relationship, and create, new healthier patterns, so that you communicate effectively to problem-solve together, and develop inter-dependence, rather than co-dependence. The ultimate goal is to create a happier, more relaxed, and trusting relationship, that allows the space for both people to thrive.
