About Michelle
NCPT, Certified Pilates instructor, with a background in personal fitness training, Pilates, yoga, barre, and martial arts. I teach a variety of fitness classes, and I offer coaching in wellness and meditation. I love all things health and fitness, and truly enjoy helping others reach their potential.

My approach is based on teaching the fundamentals, then building upon that foundation. I like to incorporate a variety of cross-training depending on the client's specific needs/goals/limitations. I teach my client's how to breathe correctly and execute each exercise sequence with proper form so they get the maximum benefit.
