About Monika

I am a dedicated tutor with experience in teaching complex concept in a simple step-by-step manner. Many students struggle with physics because concepts are not explained clearly. My aim is to inspire the student not just to learn but focus on concept to develop numerical and derivation solving techniques. My goal is to build confident, curious, and capable learners by building strong fundamentals and love for Physics.

About the lesson

- I can guide a student from basic to advanced learning by various methodologies like using diagrams, mind maps, videos, and many more. My classes are structured, well designed to cover syllabus and remove fear for physics. I make lessons more engaging and easier to recall. I encourage curiosity and active participation of students by asking questions, short quizzes and educational games. I provide notes, worksheets and assignments for the practice of the students regarding the lesson. - After identifying every student's strengths and weaknesses, I also share feedback and progress with their parents. I motivate students to be confident and curious. - I’m experienced and confident in teaching physics for classes 9,10,11 and 12.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I have been curious about how and why things happen in nature, inclined me towards science especially physics and chemistry. When i studied physics, i realised it's not just theory but explain everyday life and technology around us.The mix of logic and real world applications made me fall in love with the subject, and now I enjoy exploring it more.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My own teachers and my love for sharing knowledge is my motivation to chose teaching.I enjoy explaining concept to others and seeing that moment when they truly understand.
How does your work help society?
As a teacher I'm shaping future citizens. I am helping students becoming capable and responsible individuals who can make positive impact on society. So in this way teaching is an investment in future.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My first role model was my physics teacher who made learning exciting and encourage me to explore ideas without fear. I also look up to doctor APJ Kalam for the way he combine scientific excellence with inspiring young minds. Both taught me that knowledge becomes powerful when it's shared.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Outside teaching I love singing and enjoy reading novels, which help me relax and keep my mind fresh.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Yes, of course. One I'm sharing about a student who surprised everyone. Once I had a very quite boy in the class who rarely spoke. we were doing a group activity on sound wave and suddenly he volunteered to explain the concept to his group. He used an example what I taught him, to make everyone understand. That day I realised - every student has a voice they just need the right movement to use it.
