About STU
I am an experienced fitness professional who has worked with the general population to professional athletes aiming to rehabilitate from heart surgery to preparing for their next competition. I have taught for over 8 years in secondary schools, FE, apprenticeships, and a foundation degree. I have been guided by some of the leading EQA's in the country as a tutor and IQA.

I focus on delivering lessons in a unique and fun way, making sure students dictate the speed at which we move. All activities will be linked purposefully to the industry. This approach is taken and adapted from GCSE to foundation degree level. All lessons are between 20-60 minutes.
