With 20 years of experience working in both the fitness and physical education fields, I hold a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of female health and fitness. Flexibility and adaptability to injuries and various health concerns are a key focus in my work. I am a firm believer that everyone can achieve the personal, psychological and physical benefits from exercise regardless of their current circumstances.

About the lesson

As a personal trainer I encompass a combination of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to my clients’ well-being. My passion for health and fitness along with my motivation and drive to assist others in achieving an improved quality of life is of utmost importance to me.
