About Anna
As an experienced Personal Trainer specialising in weightlifting, with a solid foundation in neuropharmacology and clinical science, I bring a unique perspective to the world of fitness. My own journey into weightlifting began as I was looking a quick dopamine boost after ending my career as a professional show jumper.
Discovering the immense benefits of weightlifting transformed not only my physical strength but also my understanding of exercise science. This led to my dedication to sharing these benefits with others. My approach to training is grounded in scientific knowledge and enriched by my personal experience in both weightlifting and clinical Pilates.
I am committed to guiding individuals in unlocking the full potential of weightlifting, focusing on areas such as functional strength, injury prevention, and overall physical improvement. Through personalised instruction and evidence-based training, my goal is to empower you to achieve and surpass your fitness aspirations, while fostering positive changes in both physical health and quality of life.

Experience a scientifically-informed weightlifting program tailored to your individual needs. My weightlifting sessions integrate the core principles of strength training with my background in neuropharmacology and clinical Pilates, making them suitable for individuals at all levels. These programs are designed to be highly personalised, ensuring that every workout aligns with your specific fitness goals.
In your first session, we'll conduct a detailed assessment of your physical capabilities, examining factors like muscle strength, joint mobility, and overall fitness. We'll also discuss your previous experiences with weightlifting, any past injuries, and your short- and long-term fitness aspirations. Based on this comprehensive evaluation, I'll develop a customised weightlifting plan for you, which will include a balanced mix of strength building, muscle conditioning, and flexibility exercises.
Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance performance, someone recovering from an injury, or simply aiming to improve overall strength and health, my program will be crafted to meet your unique requirements.
