About Christina
Music is one of the most important and powerful things in my life.
I enjoy and get real satisfaction from teaching students and helping them dive in the world of music. During the past few years, I passed several examinations of the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) in Theory of Music and I am currently working towards my degree in Counterpoint. I have regularly performed classical music in major concert halls in Athens, the latest of which took place in Megaron and The Odeon of Herodes Atticus. Furthermore, for the last four years, I have worked as a guitar, piano and music theory tutor in order to strengthen my studies. My first degree is in Psychology, so I have experience in teaching children with autism disorders and ADHD.
I believe that the teaching environment in music lessons plays a major role in students’ development, as they boost their self-esteem, and develop essential skills of discipline and persistence to achieve their goals. I’m very supportive and believe it’s very important to have fun while learning music. I love to spread my enthusiasm and love of music.

Christina is a great teacher. My daughter has learnt a great deal in a short amount of time and her teaching methods are very effective. She is also very polite, kind and passionate about what she does.
