My approach as a tutor is rooted in the belief that music is a language, and like any language, it can be learned and communicated with fluency and expression. I tailor my teaching method to each student, focusing on developing both technical skills and musicality. A typical lesson starts with setting specific goals for the time allotted, whether that’s mastering a technique, learning a piece, or exploring musical theory. Throughout the lesson, I use a variety of techniques, including ear training, sight-reading, and improvisation, to foster a holistic understanding of music.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to meet students exactly where they are in their musical journey. With my experience, I can guide students of all skill levels through their challenges, helping them achieve the goals they've set for themselves, whether they are beginners or more advanced musicians.
