About Odessa

I’m a Master’s-educated teacher, certified Value-Based Counselor, resilience and anti-burnout coach, and 660-hour certified yoga instructor with international experience across studios, retreats and educational settings. I speak five languages (English, German, French, Dutch and Spanish) and love working with people from different backgrounds.

My approach is warm, intuitive and professional. I create a safe and supportive space where you can learn, grow and feel confident, whether you’re improving a language, building new skills or deepening your connection to your body and mind.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is holistic, intuitive and tailored to each individual. Whether I teach languages or yoga, I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable, confident and supported in your learning process.

For language lessons (English, German, French and Dutch), I work in a practical and conversational way. I adapt to your level and goals — whether you want to improve your speaking skills, prepare for travel, or deepen your understanding of the language. I combine structured learning with real-life conversation, so you can use the language naturally and with confidence.

For yoga sessions, I offer a personalised mix of Vinyasa, breathwork and relaxation techniques. My classes are designed to support both the body and the nervous system — whether you’re looking for a stronger physical practice or something more slow and grounding. Each session is adapted to your needs, experience and energy on the day.

A typical session lasts 60 minutes, with the option to extend depending on your preference.

I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences and have several years of experience working in education, coaching and social support. I am also a certified Value-Based Counsellor and trained in resilience and anti-burnout coaching, which allows me to support not only learning but also overall wellbeing. In addition, I am a 660-hour certified yoga teacher and have taught in studios, retreats and surf camps internationally.

My lessons are open to all levels — from complete beginners to more advanced students — and I work with both adults and young people.
