About Rishma

Since meditations have changed my life and I keep gaining new dimensions of life as experiences happen, I feel they can bring us closest to our own being with more and more sense of the self as a separate yet connected entity. The peace and joy experienced after regular meditations are unparalleled and many people have benefited from meditations and therapies worldwide through me and I intend to keep doing this amazing work with everyone. I would like to assure everyone that by practicing meditations regularly with me, they would gain a better perspective of life so that they can start trusting the beauty of life again!

About the lesson

I facilitate meditations using the power of various techniques and associated music created specially to bring the best experience.My way of conducting sessions is guided and intense aimed to provide a soothing and calming experience to the participant. I am trained in a variety of meditation techniques; each one intended to work in different ways to bring joy and relaxation to whomsoever practises it.

Perfect! The moment she said that I will take your feedback in the next class and will not disturb you after the class, I knew she has experienced what she is teaching. Her voice is very deep and her passion for meditation is clearly visible. Great for Osho's meditations.
