About Alexander
Alexander’s journey into meditation began as a means of dealing with overwhelming anxiety which had been holding him back his entire life.
After adopting meditation as a daily practice, Alexander became amazed by the benefits. He then began studying mindfulness on a deeper scale with the eventual goal of teaching and enhancing the lives of others through meditation; a practice he believes cannot only change your life, but the entire world.

My approach is very patient and understanding. I have taught thousands of students to meditate, and have learned that each person has a style that resonates with them most. I focus on a style that is simple and secular in nature and suitable for students of all levels. My classes will usually run for 45 minutes and by the end you will feel more yourself and relaxed than ever!
