I apply a unique learning methodology called Training for Learning. It is a "guided discovery" approach. It forms a safe and comfortable balance between didactic and pure discovery learning. Using carefully constructed experiential learning techniques in the design of the session, the learner gets to learn new skills as well as explore, discover and build on his/her own skills and knowledge resources. This makes for constructive, empowering and exciting learning!
