During the session, I will guide you through the experience of various relaxation techniques, breathing and guided meditation. While this meditation is spiritual in nature, it is presented in a universal, non-denominational format. Open to participants from a variety of religious and cultural backgrounds and are encouraged to experience it. The meditation offers a simple and effortless process to appreciate life, savouring genuine gratitude at deeper levels, removing negative emotional habits, gaining a greater capacity for forgiveness, enhancing the calibre of your connections, enhancing your spiritual life and connecting to Divine.

My grandson was having worries and doubts about his biology GCSEs we talked it over with him and suggested a tutor might help,we decided on Santosh.
