About Lee James
My French lessons are engaging, creative, and hands-on, tailored to suit each student’s individual learning style and goals. I specialise in working with children and young learners, using interactive methods such as games, storytelling, and immersive activities to make language learning exciting and enjoyable.
For adult learners, I adapt my approach to focus on practical communication and structured language development, whilst maintaining a well-needed creative and engaging style.
Whether working on foundational grammar and syntax, pronunciation or vocabulary, I ensure my lessons are dynamic, adaptable and student-centred, fostering confidence and a genuine love for French. I am also flexible with scheduling, cancellations, and availability, making learning as accessible as possible.

Learning languages should be exciting and fun! My lessons are hands-on for and bespoke to all my students, at any age or level. I have over 5 years’ experience with children and youth 0-18 and have taught adults as well. I have a high proficiency in French and work as an interdisciplinary artist, meaning my lessons are creative and engaging.
