About Sandra
I've just finished my BA in German as a foreign language and my State Exams in teaching English and French at secondary level at the LMU in Munich, Germany.
I've worked as an assistant teacher at a grammar school in Birmingham for nine months and completed a four-months' placement with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Madagascar.
I've been tutoring individuals for 5 years at all levels, including Business German, conversation, exam preparation and pronunciation training.

I carefully assess my client's needs and offer taylor-made input that my clients can easily understand and that is directly relevant to their lives. I use a variety of different methods to enhance memory performance and motivation, including pattern drill of grammatical constructions, automaticity training and constructivist approaches. I encourage student output and provide materials and correction for homework, if desired.
I'm familiar with and work with past papers in GSCE preparation.
