About Yusef
I have been a student of meditation for some 8 years, finding the practice after going through hardships. The further I came to understand about meditation the more profound my experience became. It then became clear that my purpose was to share the joys of meditation with others.
I have studied under several teachers on several continents and continue to learn in my daily practice. I teach wellbeing at several schools around London, sharing the gift of meditation with students, providing them with a framework to deal with the stresses that everyday life and school bring. I am also available for private 1 to 1 lessons.
I have witnessed profound transformations in both myself and those that I teach.

My teaching method is not a strict one. Depending on the age and situation of the client e.g. school students to business professionals, I will adapt what is shared and the method used. I have studied several different schools, from Taoism, to Tibetan Buddhism, to Advaita Vedanta.
I will begin with an initial consultation. Is the client looking to reduce their stress, deal with their emotions better or are they looking to discover a deeper aspect of their self. Depending on what the client wants, the lessons will take a different shape. I have found this flexible and client led approach benefits the client best.
