About Niki
I am a Food Scientist with 18 years of industry experience.
I have worked for both Corporate and Family owned businesses - for example CSIRO, Sanitarium Health Food Company, Givaudan Flavors & Fragrances, Steggles, the list goes on.
I graduated from the University of Newcastle, I am a guest lecturer and career advisor at the University of Newcastle to Food Science Students.
I have been coaching and ,mentoring for 3 years.

I am a Food Scientist of 18 years, absolutely love my job! Who wouldn’t enjoy recipe developing, cooking and eating 8 hours a day.
The students I cater for are high school students (year 12) deciding what career path to take, 3rd year Food Science students looking to enter the workforce.
My teaching method is casual, yet structured in content...my motto is ‘keep it simple’.
I have mentored, coached and supervised Food Science Students with their prac work in industry.
I continue to mentor and act as a reference for graduates in the work force.
My industry network on LinkedIn will assist graduates with potential job opportunities during university studies part time and full time opportunities after graduation.
