About Lynda
Lynda has studied dance, yoga, group fitness, health sciences, and early childhood education locally and abroad and infuses her unique education and lived experience to bring meaningful movement to students of all ages and experiences. Lynda prides herself on being a lifelong learner. Lynda is a multidisciplinary artist with dancing being her predominant expression to take and teach but also enjoys poetry, singing, modeling, and cooking.
