Hello, I’m Latifa—an English tutor with a Master’s in Languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, and native French) and an MBA from Lancaster University. With 14 years living and working in London—including in major corporates—I bring real-world insight to our lessons. I’ve guided students through exams, relocation, and professional transitions with a calm, supportive approach. Lessons are flexible, relevant, and focused on preparing you to communicate effectively—whether in the classroom, the office, or your new everyday life.

My approach is professional but friendly, adapting to your level, pace, and goals, so you can progress smoothly and with confidence. Whether you need English to pass exams, work, or life abroad, I’ll guide you step-by-step so you feel confident using it in the situations that matter most to you.

About the lesson

Hello, I’m Latifa — English tutor with a Master’s in Languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, and native French) and an MBA from Lancaster University. I’ve lived and worked in London for 14 years, including in major corporate environments, so I understand the language you need for both daily life and professional success.

When we start working together, I’ll first assess your current level and discuss your goals — whether that’s passing an exam, improving for work, or feeling confident in everyday conversations. Then, I’ll create a clear, personalised plan to get you there as efficiently as possible.

I help:

GCSE students – Strengthen essay writing, reading comprehension, and exam technique to boost grades and confidence before exams.

Business professionals – Improve meetings, presentations, emails, interviews. Build the confidence to speak naturally and persuasively at work.

Expatriates & new arrivals – Learn the English you need for daily life in the UK: GP appointments, school meetings, job applications, social conversations.

Immigration & study exam candidates (IELTS, etc.) – Master test structure, timed practice, and feedback to reach your target score.

I can switch between English, Spanish or French if needed — making learning smoother for you. My approach is supportive but results-driven, helping you speak and write English with confidence, clarity, and ease.

My style of teaching is warm and encouraging. I create a safe space where you’ll feel comfortable speaking, make progress and gain confidence. I will help you stay focused while enjoying the lesson.
