I am a dedicated tutor who integrates mindfulness practices into instructional delivery to support self-regulation while optimising focus because when we are less stressed, learn how to prioritise, we become more focused and grounded. I bring over six years of private tutoring experience alongside three years of classroom teaching. I love teaching and tutoring and believe that when you understand the basics, the rest will follow.
