About Venise
I am dedicated to improving the standard of teaching and providing children with foundations for success. I am exceptionally motivated with the willingness to learn and adapt to new environment and people.
I believe teaching in a style that allows children to identify learning as enjoyable and interesting is essential in changing children’s perception on what learning is and aids their willingness to want to learn. I believe educators play significant roles in a child’s development; I aim to conduct myself in a manner that nurtures a child’s development as an individual through learning within the classroom and outside the classroom by inspiring confidence, courage, self-belief and drive; these key attributes will serve a child their lifetime.
Throughout my career , I have had the opportunity to work within various early years settings, from nurseries to primary schools; these have allowed me to utilize and develop on my practical skills. I promote high expectation for behaviour while maintaining a positive relationship with pupils.
I am motivated by the progressive development of my students; this givens me a sense of fulfillment and drives my passion for teaching.

I have worked as primary school teacher for 5 + years, I have taught in Early years, KS1 and KS2.
Each of my lessons are individualized with the child in mind. I offer practical and interactive lesson to allow children to apply certain concepts to their everyday life. Therefore the length and content of the lesson will be dependent on the child. Some lesson may require a child to collect concrete resources such as stones, twigs or household items to support lesson outcomes, these will vary.
