About Sophie

I’ve performed with multiple dance studios, choreographed for multiple shows and taught children dance for a year. I’ve assisted for a countless number of classes and a few intensives as well. I’ve worked with dancers of many levels and I will meet you at whatever level you are at.

About the lesson

Ballet is my specialty, but I love teaching all dance and styles of movement! I have been dancing for eleven years and have experience performing, teaching and choreographing. My classes are based on what YOU want to get out of it, why you are taking it and of course having fun!! We will always start with a warm up to prevent injuries and then I will meet you where you are.
