Usual Structure of a Class:

Each online class is structured to maximize learning and enjoyment:

Technique Practice (20 minutes): Focused drills and exercises to develop and refine fundamental techniques.
Choreography (20 minutes): Learning and practicing choreography, including the two chosen songs.

Cool-Down and Feedback (10 minutes): Gentle stretches followed by constructive feedback and a Q&A session.
