About Rachel
I am a dancer with 15 years experience with both training and performing at a high level. My passion is to share my knowledge and help dancers at all stages to reach their potential. I have a Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) which has educated me on anatomy and fitness training, nutrition, performance and stage skills and how to cope with stress in the dance world.

My lessons aim to offer knowledge from my 15 years of training to provide a productive lesson that is bound to teach you something new. I like to tailor my lessons to the individual student to best meet their needs whether its technique refinement, skill based or learning and cleaning choreography.
My experience teaching is primarily younger kids from age 4 through 12, however I have worked with my peers to choreograph and clean the technique of students of all ages.
I am open to whatever skill level and guidance you are looking for and will cater my lessons personally to what you need. I have a gentle approach and am always happy to share my love and passion for dance with others.

Rachel choreographed our wedding dance and did such an incredible job. She was so patient with us being non-dancers, demonstrating and breaking down each step so it was easy to understand. Everyone commented how nice our dance was and learning it was such a beautiful memory to share.
