About Cara

I’m Cara Campbell, a passionate dance coach with decades of experience in the industry. I specialize in hip-hop, jazz funk, choreography, and Latin social salsa dancing. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of studying with some of the best in the dance world and performing across different styles. I’ve been teaching since I was 17, and there’s nothing I love more than helping dancers, whether beginners or pre-professionals, grow and find their rhythm. My teaching style is all about making dance accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone. Whether you’re preparing for a performance, wanting to expand your dance vocabulary, or just looking to have some fun and build your confidence, I’m here to help you every step of the way. Let’s turn your dance goals into reality in a way that feels exciting, comfortable, and empowering!

About the lesson

As a dance coach with over 20 years of experience, I offer personalized lessons in hip-hop, jazz funk, choreography, and Latin social salsa dancing. My goal is to create an encouraging and fun learning environment where dancers of all levels can thrive. Each session starts with understanding your current skills and what you’re looking to achieve—whether that’s mastering a specific dance style, learning choreography for an event, or simply building confidence on the dance floor. I’ll guide you through everything, from the fundamentals to advanced techniques, with hands-on coaching that’s both energetic and supportive.

In our lessons, you’ll not only develop rhythm and style but also gain a deeper understanding of how to connect with music and your body. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your skills, we’ll work together to help you reach your dance goals. My lessons focus on making you feel comfortable and confident in each step, whether it’s nailing intricate hip-hop choreography, grooving to jazz funk, or flowing through Latin social salsa.
