About Vallen
I'm a lifelong crafter who loves turning a simple ball of yarn into something beautiful, useful, or fun! Crochet has been a creative outlet for me for many years, and I especially enjoy working with intricate stitches, detailed patterns, wearables, amigurumi, and decorative pieces.
I'm patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoy helping people figure things out when a pattern gets confusing or a project isn't behaving the way it should. I believe crochet should be enjoyable, not frustrating or intimidating.
Whether you're learning your very first stitches or want to take your skills further, I'll meet you where you are and help you build confidence one project at a time.

Learn to crochet with lessons tailored to your skill level and the projects you actually want to make. Whether you're picking up a hook for the first time or you're already comfortable with the basics, I can help you build your skills, understand patterns, and troubleshoot projects when you get stuck.
We can work on foundational stitches, increases and decreases, granny squares, textured stitches, lace, amigurumi, wearables, and more. I can also help you learn how to read crochet patterns and understand the why behind what you're doing, so you can eventually tackle projects independently.
Bring a project you're excited about, a pattern you're struggling with, or simply your yarn and hook. We'll work from there.
