Hello! My name is Francis, and I am a passionate Computer Science professional with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.

I bring several years of professional software engineering experience, having worked on full-stack applications, web development, software architecture, and database systems. I also have experience teaching undergraduate software engineering courses, conducting technical workshops, and mentoring students with different learning needs.

I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others discover their potential in technology. I am patient, approachable, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is practical, patient, and personalized to each student's learning style and goals. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science and professional experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Instructor, and mentor, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world industry experience into every lesson.

I believe the best way to learn is by understanding concepts and applying them through hands-on practice. I break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps, use practical examples, guide students through exercises, and encourage questions to build confidence and independent problem-solving skills.

A typical lesson begins by reviewing previous concepts and identifying areas that need improvement. We then introduce the new topic, work through examples together, complete practical exercises, and finish with a summary and recommendations for further practice.

I specialize in Computer Science, Programming, Web Development, Software Engineering, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, and related technical subjects.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, high school students, college and university students, and adults looking to develop or strengthen their technical skills.
