About Will

I am a London-based communications professional with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and learning. Alongside my professional experience working in media and communications, I have always enjoyed helping others develop confidence in writing, languages and critical thinking.

I hold a degree in Italian and French, as well as a Master’s degree in Translation Studies, which has given me a deep understanding of language, communication and cultural exchange. I have a strong interest in History, politics, current affairs and international culture, and I enjoy helping students engage with these subjects in an accessible and enjoyable way. Fluent in both French and Italian, I enjoy helping students improve not only their academic performance but also their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

My professional background has given me excellent communication, writing and organisational skills, as well as the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and engagingly. Having worked in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, I understand the importance of patience, adaptability and preparation when supporting students with different learning styles and goals.

I aim to create a supportive, encouraging and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing at their own pace. Whether a student is preparing for exams, improving language skills or building confidence in essay writing, I tailor lessons to suit their individual needs and objectives.

About the lesson

I offer engaging and supportive lessons in History, English, French and Italian for GCSE, A-Level and adult learners in London. My teaching style is tailored to each student, whether they are preparing for exams, improving confidence in a subject, developing essay-writing skills or simply learning for personal interest.

My lessons are structured but relaxed, with a strong focus on building confidence, critical thinking and clear communication. For language students, I combine grammar, conversation and real-world usage to create practical and enjoyable lessons. For History and English students, I focus on analytical skills, essay structure, source analysis and exam technique, helping students express ideas clearly and effectively.

I have professional experience working in fast-paced communications and media environments, which has given me strong writing, research and presentation skills that I bring into my teaching. I understand the importance of adapting lessons to different learning styles and creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and can be taught online or in person depending on location and availability. I welcome students of different ages and abilities and am happy to tailor sessions to individual goals and requirements.
