About Nicholas
I am an experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience working across both the NHS and private sector. Alongside my clinical practice, I have worked as a Lecturer and Service Manager, supporting the development of physiotherapy students, newly qualified practitioners, and healthcare professionals.
My managerial experience has included extensive involvement in recruitment, shortlisting applications, conducting interviews, and supporting staff through career progression. This insight enables me to offer practical guidance on career development, interview preparation, and navigating the recruitment process with confidence.
I am passionate about helping others build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, achieve their professional goals, and thrive in their careers through supportive, evidence-informed mentoring.
