About Josette
I'm an MBA student in International Business Management & Innovation based in Barcelona, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in product and category management. I've spent my career doing the things that business schools teach — managing product portfolios, building pricing strategies, analyzing competitors, planning for seasonal demand, and working across teams to get things done.
Tutoring, for me, is about making things click. I know how frustrating it can be when a concept feels abstract or disconnected from reality — so I focus on making it relevant, practical, and easy to apply. I adjust to each student's pace, learning style, and goals, because what works for one person doesn't always work for another.

I keep things practical and real. With 10+ years working in product and category management, I bring actual business experience into every session — not just theory. I don't have a one-size-fits-all approach; I start by understanding what you need, where you're struggling, and what you're trying to achieve, then I adapt from there. Some students need structure and frameworks, others just need someone to talk things through with — I work with both.
We usually kick off by checking in on where you are — what clicked, what didn't, what's coming up. From there we dig into the topic together using real examples, practical exercises, or just honest conversation about how it works in the real world. Every session ends with clear takeaways so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on next.
I've actually done the things most business courses talk about — managing product portfolios, building category strategies, analyzing markets, working with cross-functional teams. That means I can help you connect what you're studying to how it actually plays out in a company.
