About Swetha
Hi, I'm Swetha. I have been learning and practicing Bharatanatyam since 2010, and it has been an important part of my life for many years.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students learn this beautiful classical dance form. As a teacher, I believe in being patient, supportive, and giving proper attention to each student's learning journey. My goal is to help students build confidence while learning Bharatanatyam with the right foundation and technique.

My Bharatanatyam lessons are designed to help students learn this beautiful classical dance form with proper technique, understanding, and confidence. I focus on building a strong foundation in basic steps (Adavus), posture, rhythm, hand gestures (Mudras), expressions, and coordination.
Each lesson is taught step by step, allowing students to learn at a comfortable pace. I demonstrate the movements clearly, observe the student's practice, and provide guidance and corrections to help improve their technique.
My classes are suitable for children and adults, including complete beginners as well as students who already have some experience in Bharatanatyam. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching approach according to their age, learning pace, and individual needs.
My goal is not only to teach dance movements but also to help students understand the beauty, discipline, rhythm, and cultural significance behind Bharatanatyam. Through personalized online lessons, I aim to create a comfortable and encouraging learning experience where students can grow with confidence and enjoy their journey in classical dance.
