About Marissa
I have completed an advanced 140-hour TEFL course and I have 2 years of experience in teaching students in Vietnam and China. I have a few students that I have been teaching for over a year now. I have a high success rate and re-enrollment percentage. I use mostly Cambridge English material and have taught from beginner level to elementary, pre-intermediate to intermediate, upper intermediate, debate exam preparations, IELTS preparations. Adult conversation class, everyday conversation, business conversation.

I make an effort to get to know each of my students. I make sure that I create a positive environment for the student and give each student motivation to help them feel more comfortable and help them express themselves. I focus on improving all skills and put extra emphasis on skills that may need extra attention. My lessons include interaction and using material suited to student to improve skills. I am able to teach different levels.
