About Demi

I’m a passionate primary school teacher with 9 years of experience teaching. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding children through some of the most important stages of their learning journey — helping them build strong foundations in English and Mathematics, while also developing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Teaching has always been more than just a job to me — it’s something I truly care about. I believe everyone has incredible potential, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where they feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow. Seeing a student’s face light up when something “clicks” is the reason I do what I do. As a tutor, I want to offer personalised support that goes beyond the classroom. I take the time to understand how each student learns best, adapt lessons to suit their needs, and celebrate their progress every step of the way. My aim is not just to help students succeed academically, but to help them discover that learning can be enjoyable and empowering.

As a dedicated primary school teacher with 9 years of classroom experience, I understand that everyone learns differently. My tutoring sessions are carefully tailored to each student’s individual needs, interests, and learning style. I focus on building confidence as well as knowledge—creating a positive, supportive environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Whether your child needs help catching up, stretching their abilities, or preparing for Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 assessments, I’ll design engaging lessons that bring out their best. Together, we’ll make learning enjoyable and rewarding, helping your child achieve lasting success.
