My 10 year old son learnt with Ann for a year before she moved to Newport. We learnt with another teacher for a couple of years but then decided to return to Ann for online lessons because she is so encouraging, has a great rapport with my son and gets excellent results. Ann makes it fun and introduces new techniques to keep it interesting. She can teach across a broad spectrum of styles whilst explaining basic musical principles that apply to them all.

Hi there, My name is John and Ann took me on as a totally green classical guitar student 6 years ago. She has supported and coaxed me through to a situation where I can read music and play classical pieces to Grade 4/5 happily. She also encouraged me to play acoustic guitar to a good enough level that I regularly play during worship at my local church. Now my guitar playing, and newfound love of music generally, truly enriches my life. This is all due to Ann's skilful teaching, encouragement and gentle support.
