About Stephen
I am a 46 year old recovered addict. The last 10 years of my sobriety I have become a breathworker and mindfulness practitioner. My approach is one based on the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Richard Rohr and others. Learning to be present in my own physical being has brought me an abundance of joy and personal happiness.

Personal self development has been a long and often painful process. It is often life's most difficult experiences that provide the greatest teaching. Having come through these times all the better for them I am now passionate about using these skills which I have studied and practiced for many years to help others. Through breathwork, mindfulness and working in fellowship I have not only become sober but also recovered.
