About Bruno
I started performing studies when I was 2 years old, I accompanied it with gym and fitness exercises for several years, I am a port massage therapist qualified lev.4, and yoga instructor, with a very deep knowledge of human anatomy.

I have a broad fitness approach. I am a professional performer specialised in bodyweight exercises, stretching, mobility exercises, calisthenics. I can teach all levels, in person, outdoor, gym or online. I will be happy to give you also general life advice in order to keep your results as long as possible with the minimum effort.
