I teach face-to-face and online lessons based in Sydney, Australia. My teaching approach is structured, patient and personalised with lessons altered to the student’s pace and musical interest.
I teach violin as a language rather than a collection of pieces. I teach with intention to guide students with the grammar of ragas, rhythm and expression that will eventually aid in thinking musically and composing songs of choice in addition to traditional songs and hymns in carnatic music.
