About Dennis
I have run everything from 800 meters on the track to full marathons in road races. Running is something I have had an off and on again relationship with and have lots of my own experience building my performance back up from what feels like scratch. Running is and always will be a big part of my life and I would love to be able to share that joy.

I have experience in a very wide range of running atmospheres. I competed at a very high level in track and field and cross country in high school. This exposure to running on a national level gave me a glimpse into what it takes to compete at the highest level and what goes into the elite athletes' training. On the flip side, I also worked at a running store helping adults later in life start running for the first time and assisting them on their journey. Whether you are just starting and don't know where to start or hit a wall and looking to break through, let me help you along the way.
