About Helene
Graduating from her 3 year massage therapy degree in Canada Helene is qualified in level 5 sport massage, deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic, pregnancy massage and much more.
She has found a balance of giving a effective, remedial treatment as well as relaxing and working with the body to be a therputoc experience. Helene is passionate about teaching and would enjoy passing on her knowledge to any therapists interested in being tutored.

Helene will help you get out of your head and into your ‘hands’.
As you as the therapist have an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body, Helene will refine your knowledge and how to applie massage techniques and principles to give you a different way to perform a massage treatment. Working with you in developing your palpating skills and learning in a kinesthetic way as manuel therapist. As a result allowing you to connect more with your clients and work in a more intuitive way
