About Люда
I am a Pole Dance and Exotic Pole instructor with several years of teaching experience. I work with students of all levels, from complete beginners taking their first steps on the pole to more advanced dancers looking to improve technique, learn new tricks, and develop their own style.
As the founder and instructor of my own dance studio, I have helped many students gain strength, confidence, flexibility, and a deeper connection with movement. My teaching approach combines technical precision, safety, and creativity, ensuring that every lesson is both effective and enjoyable.
I believe that every student can progress with the right guidance, support, and training plan tailored to their individual goals.

My classes are more than just workouts. I teach both Pole Dance and Exotic Pole, helping students build strength, confidence, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced student, I will create lessons tailored to your goals and experience level.
In Pole Dance, I can help you learn new tricks, improve technique, and safely progress toward the skills you want to achieve. In Exotic Pole, we can work on flow, musicality, expression, and choreography. I have a variety of choreographies, from beginner-friendly routines to more advanced and dynamic combinations, so you can enjoy dancing while developing your unique style.
My goal is to create a supportive and inspiring environment where every student feels confident, challenged, and proud of their progress.
