Dance is beautiful form of expression and it helps soothe body and kind. It comes with twin benefit of improving fitness and calms the soul when practice daily. We train students on not only performing the art but also about each style

About the lesson

Depending on the chosen style of Dance, the method to impart training varies. Like if its Bharatnatyam you get to learn the mudras and slokas along with the dance. If it is jazz or hiphop the body posture and style are taught.
