Holding a License from Laval and a CELTA certification, I often wonder what drives someone to master a second language. Growing up in Quebec City, I developed a deep appreciation for the linguistic nuances that define our culture. French has always been the primary medium of my education and my life. Later, working in English settings allowed me to bridge the gap between two worlds for my students.
I currently assist Anglophones and intermediate learners in navigating the intricacies of French expression. My background enables me to teach not just vocabulary, but the cultural context necessary for true fluency. I find that sharing these personal experiences makes the language feel much more accessible. Balancing both languages remains a core part of my daily life in Quebec.
