About Rerapete
I have learned several facets including comprehensive operational, planning and program development and I believe that all theexperiencesprepared me well to contribute to your schools’ objectives and goals. Being at the school environment for 9 year I have learned to be patient anddevelop strong nerve to handle the complexities of the roles. Each day working at
the school is a new challenge and I believe my skills and training will help me make your school run in a safe and smooth manner.
Highlights of my experience includes the following:
• Developed and executed the academic CAPS curriculum plan for classes and
oversaw its successful implementation.
• Skillful managing school budget, school’s improvement efforts and safety
compliance under School Governig Body in previous schools.
• Excelling in directing strategic enhancements to drive goal achievement while communicating openly with the stakeholders of the school.
I hold an Honours Degree in Educational management, Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Life Orientation and English) and Bachelors of Social Science in Human Societal Dynamics (major in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Sociologyand Criminology and Communications)

It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks.
I will present a curriculum that will incorporate each different learning style, as well as make the content relevant to the students' lives. I will incorporate hands-on learning, cooperative
learning, projects, themes, and individual work that engage and activate students learning.
